Assessment
Our first session is a “getting
to know” each other session. It consists of an assessment of your
current situation and the determination of your immediate problems, needs,
wants, and goals – that is, what you would most like me to help you
accomplish.
I will then let you
know my initial impressions of how I can help you reach your goals and
suggest a work plan. We will then agree on an initial goal, and if
possible, a final goal that will meet your needs. If I do not
believe I can effectively help you reach your goals, I will let you know at
that time.
For our work together
to be successful, you will need to complete several assignments. If you
agree on the goals we identify during our first session, attend all the
sessions we agree on, and complete the assignments, I guarantee you will
reach your goal(s) in the estimated time range or I will return all fees to
you.
If we
decide to work together, we will schedule sessions that last a certain number
of hours, two to three times per month at mutually agreed upon times.
Sometimes sessions may be longer or more or less frequent depending on the
results of our first and subsequent meetings.

Fee Options & Guarantee
You can choose from
among the following fee options:
|

|
A
flat fee of $_____ for unlimited sessions until you reach your goals by the
date of ____. If you do not reach your goals by the specified date, I
will return the fee.
|

|
10%
of your first year’s increase of gross salary and benefits, payable upon
acceptance of the work position.
|

|
A
flat fee/hr that is mutually agreeable if you reach the goals of each
session.
|
If you cancel a
scheduled session with less than three days advance notice, you will be
charged $250.00 unless I agree you were unable to attend due to circumstances
that were beyond your control. If I cancel a session with less than
three days advance notice (for any reason), you will be refunded $250.00.
If at any
time I do not feel competent to help you, I will tell you as soon as I
realize this and will refund all payments (unless you have not completed all
assignments in a timely manner).
